Accessibility Statement

The CrunchCup is committed to making thecrunchcup.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and they guide how we design and build the site.

What We Are Doing

  • Testing our pages with automated accessibility tools and fixing what they find at the theme level, so each fix applies across every product and collection page.
  • Checking key shopping flows, from browsing to checkout, with a keyboard and a screen reader.
  • Writing text alternatives for images, using clear headings and labels, and keeping text readable against its background.
  • Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility before they go live.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of the site come from outside providers, such as product reviews, email and text sign-up forms, payment options and checkout. We ask these providers to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, but we do not fully control their content. If one of them gets in your way, let us know and we will help you complete your order another way.

Known Limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some older pages and some third-party features may not yet fully meet our standard. We are working through them and will keep improving.

Feedback and Help
