2025 HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

The holiday season is upon us, and we want to ensure that your gifts and packages arrive on time.

To help you plan your holiday shopping, please take note of the following cut-off dates for delivery on or before December 22, 2025.

We are noticing a lot of carriers failing to update the tracking status to packages until delivery, please be patient as shipping becomes very congested during this time of the year. We recommend using express/expedited shipping if ordering after December 16th, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Dec 25th for all regions if ordering after this date. *Please refer to the shipping estimates below*

Due to the current high volume of orders, we are experiencing brief delays with some shipments. Most orders should ship within 3-5 business days after being placed. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to via email. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please refer to the delivery times listed below. While there is no guarantee by carriers for delivery by or on a particular day, the below guidance takes into account the cutoffs provided by our carriers to have a high likelihood of being delivered before Christmas. However, these are just estimates, and peak shipping can lead to unexpected delays.

For delivery before Christmas in the US:

To ensure your order orders arrive in time for the holidays, please plan ahead and place your orders by the following dates:

Standard Shipping: Order by December 15
Expedited Shipping: Order by December 17

We recommend ordering as early as possible, as shipping times can vary and we want to make sure your gifts arrive on time!

*US domestic cutoff dates exclude AK, HI, PO boxes, and military bases.

Please be aware that due to unprecedented shipping congestion and limited employee availability experienced by postal couriers during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery by December 24, 2025, for any order placed after the cut-off dates using any shipping option to any location.*
